Yes, you can preview files, playlists and schedules all through the Click2Screen Administrator.
Does Click2Screen Suite support interactive content (touchscreens, SMS, etc.)?
Yes. Furthermore, you can link interactive content to databases and other data services.
What content file formats does Click2Screen Suite support?
Click2Screen supports most common media file formats. Anything uploaded to the system that is not compatable will be refused upload, as to not cause a possible playback error when it hits your screen.
Can I target specific markets, locations, demographics, specific parts of a network?
Yes. You can group content into different types by region, location, etc.
Can I schedule content for future playback?
Yes. You can schedule as much content and as far into the future as you like.
Can I preview my content?
Yes, you can preview files, playlists and schedules all through the Click2Screen Administrator.
Can I create content using Click2Screen Suite?
While the software allows you to layout and arrange text, images and other media files it is not a fully operation design tool comparible to the likes of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. These respective products are far more suited to the job of content design, just as Click2Screen is best suited to running a Digital Signage Network.
Can Click2Screen run bespoke applications?
Of course. We have set up numerous bespoke applications running on the Click2Screen platform. Examples would be airport information data screens, GPS tracking systems and Booking Systems to name but a few.
Can Click2Screen run without an internet connection?
Yes, Click2Screen Player will keep playing the current content and schedule until it receives a new update.
How do I upgrade Click2Screen when a new version of the software is released?
Click2Screen Player has an auto-update feature that is controlled by our network administrators. Your software will be updated without interruption to operation, as soon as an update is released.
How do I access the Click2Screen Administrator?
Using a web browser, you login to your account through this web site, wherein you will have access to the administrator.
Do I need to install any software on my computer?
No, to access the administrator you only need a regular internet enabled web browser. To preview content online, a computer of relatively good performance is recommended.
How does Click2Screen protect my data?
Click2Screen can be optionally set up to communicate over SSL. In addition, we run a cluster of servers to provide redundancy.
How many parts can I split the screen into?
Click2Screen supports multi-position layouts. The software does not limit the number of areas you can set up.
Does Click2Screen run on Windows Vista?
Click2Screen Player will run on Windows Vista, although we do not recommend using Vista a this time. This is due to the fact that Windows Vista has not been proven to be as reliable and stable a platform as the current alternatives.
What OS do you support?
Click2Screen Administrator can be access from any internet enabled web browser, on any platform/OS.
Click2Screen Player will run on either Windows, Mac OS or Linux.
How much does your software cost?
Our software pricing is competitive and customized per client relative to their business model. The license fee is based on the number of Click2Screen Players (our player software) and the length of contract term.
